Halloween in the city was back again this year in Manchester City Centre. Giant inflatable monsters could be seen on Manchester’s landmarks, such as House of Fraser, Manchester Arndale, Market Street and Manchester Hall to name a few.

 The spooky festivities held entertainment for all the  family, such as a treat or trick trail spread around city centre with prizes to be collected at each spot;   enchanted forest and magic School at St. Anne’s Square; and a ghostly world record attempt at Exchange Square, which unfortunately fell slightly short to break the world record.

Visitors were also entertained by the Strolling Bones; the stilt walkers, unicycle performers and dancers, who were accompanied by a live band. This eerie procession walked through Arndale Shopping Centre, making their way up to market street once every hour.  On Sunday, the annual Spooky Pooch Costume Show was back. We saw dogs dresses and superhero’s, skeletons and spiders as they took to the 'dogwalk' to compete for prizes.
