Ali & Aysha's Wedding Celebrations at The Event Co, Old Hall Hotel in Chester

Following Ali and Aysha’s traditional wedding ceremony at the Mere Golf & Spa Hotel in Knutsford, we headed to the location of their celebration party, held at the exclusive Events Co Marquee at Old Hall Hotel, set in the picturesque Chester countryside.

Over the years we have worked with Ali on various projects for his events management and drinks specialist company: MrFlavour.  Ali sets a very high standard for his company’s services, and his own wedding was no exception; every detail was well thought out, creating a remarkable experience.

The marquee, was beautifully decorated with a variety of fresh flowers and table centrepieces to please the eye, and guests were greeted with a variety of MrFlavours famous cocktails and drinks; the opulence of which was greatly admired.

Whilst the guests were arriving, we took the happy couple to the grounds of this stunning venue to take few portrait images. During a portrait session, we use a variety of techniques and tips to get the most natural and candid imagery that lasts a lifetime.

Having done the portraits, the couple went inside the marquee to greet their guests, followed by the dinner and speeches and a fireworks display. After which the bar was once again open, and the band incited the happy couple and guests to party through the late hours of the night. The joyous atmosphere of the couple and their guests enjoying their wedding day allowed for beautiful candid photos to be captured, and intimate moment to be caught for the couple to reminisce on.

Demi & Kieron's Wedding at The Mere Golf Resort & Spa

Demi & Kieron

We were delighted to be asked to photograph Demi & Kieron’s wedding last August. We looked forward to be shooting the ceremony at St. Mary’s Church in Bowdon and the reception at the stunning Mere Resort & Golf Club in Knutsford.

Our day started at The Mere Resort with the bridal preparations. We like to spend 30 minutes up to an hour with the bride to get all the important details shots as well as few bridal portraits before heading to the ceremony.

After shooting the bridal preparations, we headed to the stunning St. Mary’s Church  in Bowdon. This grade II listing, opened in 1860 and it features impressively high ceiling and glass windows.

The ceremony went smoothly and Demi looked stunning as she walked down the aisle. After the ceremony, the happy couple walked out the church into the confetti thrown by their nearest and dearest family and friends.

The reception was held at the Mere Resort & Golf Club. We love shooting at The Mere as it has plenty of beautiful spots for couple portraits and formal family shots.

After taking the family formal shots and couple portraits, we headed back inside the venue for the speeches, cake cutting and of course the first dance.

Wedding Photographer Cheshire : Ami & Nam’s Wedding at The Plough in Congleton, Cheshire.

This summer we’ve had an abundance of weddings, but August was most certainly the month of weddings for us. One such weddings we shot was for the lovely couple Ami & Nam who got married at The Plough in Congelton, Cheshire.

The couple booked two of our photographers (Eddy & Alex) to document their special day. We started the morning by shooting the groom and bride’s preparations all the way through their first dance as a married couple. The venue was hand decorated, each table had a special theme and games. Despite the heat the UK has recently experienced, the great British tradition of rain made a grand appearance for Ami and Nam’s special day, undeterred by the sudden arrival of the rain the guests and the couple had a great time and enjoyed their day.

The final album for the couple included over 900 photos, Here are a few selected images from the day as it unfolded.
